Sorry, friend.
It’s been a long fucking week so I’m sitting at a Tex-Mex restaurant nursing my 2nd glass of Patron margarita.

I know it’s only Thursday. It’s Friday somewhere.
I’m on the emotional and mental struggle bus and I think it’s about to fall off a cliff.
One of my dogs is dog reactive. He ignores people but when he sees another dog, he goes berserk. So when I walk my dogs, I have to do it when no one is out walking their dogs.
I took them for a walk around 10 am this morning at a shopping area with a lake and boardwalk. The only people around were old folks, kids and their parents, and people grabbing early lunch.

When I was a kid, I used to love snow days. That meant no school. Now, as a grown up, I hate it. And because I work from home, I don’t get paid for snow days. I actually have to work. Now that I’ve lived here for almost 30 years now, I’m over this climate. It gets so hot during the summer and the humidity is offensive. And the winters are so cold that when the wind blows, it slaps you in the face. I don’t want to live in a place where the wind slaps me in the face…I refuse.
